![]() I think it’s doing this because all the google speakers are only registered to my account.īut if I add her google account to google home with Spotify premium duo set up, it seems like there should be a way to make the google speaker select which account it plays for maybe with a voice command or something? My question is how do I set up my google home account so when my wife wants to play something on a google speaker in one room and I’m already listening to Spotify on a different device in another room, if doesn’t interrupt the other person’s play session?Ĭurrently if I’m playing it on one device while gaming and my wife plays a song on the google speaker in the bathroom upstairs it cuts my play session off and plays here song. The Spotify website says as long as we are logged into our different Spotify accounts we can both play different songs on Spotify at the same time on different devices. I have a Spotify premium duo for my wife and myself. I’ve done a few searches and can’t find an answer that I feel is accurate because different sites say different things so I’m going to ask here: I have a Spotify premium duo account and I use Spotify in my car and in my home on google speakers and few other devices.
